An individual therapy session runs for 50 minutes.

Yes! You are welcome to book an appointment without a referral, though you won’t be eligible for any rebates through Medicare. 

No problem, we can accept referrals addressed to any practice so that you can get the support that is right for you.

Your total session fee will be processed online through your nominated credit or debit card on the day of your session. We will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf which will be sent to your Medicare nominated rebate account (these details can be updated through Medicare directly).

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours will attract a $100 cancellation fee.
