An individual therapy session typically runs for 50 minutes.

Yes! You are welcome to book an appointment without a referral, though you won’t be eligible for any rebates.

No problem, we can accept referrals addressed to any practice so that you can get the support that is right for you.

Your session fee will be processed through your nominated credit or debit card on the day of your session. If you’re eligible for a Medicare rebate, we process this on your behalf and it is sent to your Medicare nominated account (these details can be updated through Medicare directly).

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours will attract a $100 cancellation fee.
